After more than two decades as a sales leader in Corporate America, my career took a sharp—but necessary—turn. After the loss of my son, Beau, in 2013, I founded No Foot Too Small while continuing my work in the medical device industry. By the end of 2019, NFTS had grown to a point that required a decision—so I left Medtronic to lead it full-time. Over the last twelve years, NFTS has raised more than $6 million to support infant mortality initiatives and has partnered with hospitals and teaching institutions nationwide.
